How do I prepare for my appointment(s)?

The Law of Unlimited Potential states that everything is connected and everything is possible. Because you and I are energy beings, and all energy is interconnected, we can co-create a powerful experience. Even when we do readings distantly!

To begin the practice of allowing, we have to get out of our own way so we don’t miss what spirit has in mind for our highest good.

Before we meet, it can be helpful to take a moment for gratitude, prayer and meditation.  You could connect with nature or dance before we meet. Imagine our session.  Drink water and bring a journal. It can be helpful to write down your questions and have them ready with you as it is possible to get overwhelmed and forget important things that you may want to ask.

How do I pay for my appointment?

I currently accept Paypal, Stripe and e-transfers (for e-transfers, please contact me using contact form to schedule and organize exchange)

What is your cancellation and no show policy?

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy with a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.

No show or cancellations less than 24 hours to your appointment will be non-refundable.  

If you need to reschedule your appointment you must request that reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. For all rescheduled appointments, I will offer you next availability

Late appointments will not be accommodated for lost time. Late appointments exceeding 10 minutes will be considered a no-show and canceled without a refund.

No-show/missed appointments are not refunded. If you wish to rebook, you can do so by requesting a session at  https://www.trishosterberg.com/services and paying the full session price.
